Victory Junction hires nearly 80 seasonal staff each summer and recruits hundreds of volunteers year-round for our camp programs. We look for people with a strong desire to work closely with kids living with serious medical conditions. Our summer staff and volunteers have a tremendous impact on the lives of our campers.
Signature Events
We bring people together and hosting our signature events is one of our favorite ways to do that. When you attend or participate in one of our events, you join others in support of Victory Junction kids.

Bear Necessities
At the beginning of every camp session, our campers find their very own afghan and camp teddy bear on their cabin bed. It is a little, snuggly way for kids to bring camp home with them. Use your talents to help us meet our bear-necessities and ensure every child is able to take home a bear and blanket after camp!
