Gift Planning

Charitable Trusts

You may be concerned about the high cost of capital gains tax with the sale of an appreciated asset. Perhaps you recently sold property and are looking for a way to save on taxes this year and plan for retirement. Or, you want a plan that provides for your family and also supports Victory Junction. A charitable trust might offer the solution you need.

When it comes to establishing a Charitable Trust, you have options. The two most popular options are Charitable Lead Trust (CLT) and Charitable Remainder Trust (CRT).

We’re Here to Help
If you would like more information about including Victory Junction in your plans, or if you have already included Camp please contact Tonya Hayes at thayes@victoryjunction.org or 336.495.2041.

45 Club
When setting up a CRT or CLT, it’s helpful to let Camp know. Sharing your plans for the future allows Camp to better plan for ours. It also allows us an opportunity to thank you personally and to include you in Camp’s 45 Club – which honors those committed to Camp’s future.
