Chad A. Coltrane | President & CEO
Chad Coltrane was hired as President & Chief Executive Officer in January 2015. Chad’s primary responsibilities are working directly with the Victory Junction Board of Directors, Victory Junction’s day-to-day management and strategic direction. Chad resides in High Point with his wife, Tami, and their children, Chace and Hannah.
Jonathan Lemmon | Chief Operating Officer
Jonathan Lemmon serves as Victory Junction’s Chief Operating Officer. Jonathan began his career at Victory Junction in 2009 as Program Manager. From there he has served as the Director of the outreach program (REACH), and most recently as the COO. In his current role he provides direct support for all of the Operations Team’s, including the Camp Program Team, REACH Team, Barn Team, Camper Admissions Team, Volunteer Team & the Medical Team.
Frances Beasley | Chief Development Officer
Frances Beasley joined Victory Junction in 2018 as Chief Development Officer. In her role as CDO, Frances oversees the fundraising strategies and financial sustainability for the organization. With a long history of working with nonprofit organizations, Frances continues to be motivated by the opportunity to serve children. She is inspired by her personal experiences of advocacy with her daughter’s rare diagnosis and her commitment to servant leadership.
Michael Cottingham | Chief Marketing Officer
Michael Cottingham joined Victory Junction in 2024 as Chief Marketing Officer. With over 25 years of experience, Michael has served in local, regional, and national nonprofit and corporate roles. His career has been dedicated to leveraging marketing and communications to improve communities and help others. Michael provides leadership, strategic direction, and execution of all organizational marketing and communications strategies and is the key point of contact for major communications for the organization.
