Summers at Victory Junction wouldn’t be possible without full-time staff, volunteers, and summer staff, and we’re still looking for volunteers and seasonal team members to join us this summer.

It’s an opportunity for you, or someone you know, to be part of creating a safe, supportive environment where campers build independence, form lifelong friendships, and experience the joy of simply being kids.

Summer staff and volunteers receive free training, meals, and lodging—and get paid while helping create life-changing experiences for children. Additional male staff are especially needed.

But the impact of working at Camp goes far beyond a job.

Many summer staff members say the experience changes them just as much as it changes the campers. They leave with new leadership skills, meaningful friendships, and a deeper understanding of what it means to help others discover their strengths.
