Director of Medical Operations

Courtney Morris Gardner joined Victory Junction as the Director of Medical Operations in April 2017. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she most recently served in a rural health clinic providing pediatric primary care in Marion, NC. Courtney has also worked in a number of children’s hospitals around the country and spent two summers as a camp nurse in Maine. She enjoys being outdoors with her husband and twin toddlers and especially loves the waterpark!

Clinical Nurse Manager

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wichita State University in 2015 . Since then she has had the privilege of pairing her career as a nurse with her love of camp. Emily has been a part of the Victory Junction family since 2011, and currently enjoys her role as Clinical Nurse Manager. Her position allows her to play an important role in the medical care of Victory Junction’s campers. Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, Casey Roche brings lots of energy and excitement into her role as a Camper Recruiter. A former camper of two SeriousFun camps herself, she developed a love for camp at an early age. Casey brought that love with her to Hole in the Wall Gang Camp where she worked for five summers. She then went on to volunteer for her first Family Weekend session at Victory Junction in 2016 and graduated from Winthrop University in 2017 with a degree in Special Education. During the summer of 2018, she helped campers reach new heights on the Adventure Tower and zip line as a counselor on Victory Junction’s Adventure Team. Casey states that having that experience changed her life. She is very excited to meet with and bring as many children and families to camp as possible! In her free time, Casey loves traveling, camping and spending time with family and friends!
