Victory Junction is a year-round camp facility that provides fully accessible on-site and off-site programming for children with complex medical conditions at no cost to their families. Victory Junction’s adaptive, intentional programming includes summer camp, family weekends, day programs, equine therapy, pediatric patient outreach, and partner programs. By removing all barriers, Victory Junction welcomes children with serious illnesses and chronic medical conditions to experience camp fun, all in a medically-safe environment. Victory Junction is a member of SeriousFun Children’s Network and is accredited by the American Camp Association.

Job Description

The Assistant Director of Integrated Fundraising works as part of the Victory Junction Development Team to reach our fundraising goals, support third-party events, to support our nine member team, and to help tell the Victory Junction story.

This is not a remote position, but there is flexibility in the schedule. There will be some weekend work and travel may be necessary.

This is an entry-level position with room for growth both in position and salary based on performance and initiative.

Victory Junction works in the Microsoft environment and a working knowledge of products related to Office 365 is required. The physical development office environment is an open floor plan and noise level is moderate.

Education/Experience

Post high school education in the areas of non-profit management, communication, marketing, event management, and/or other related fields of study
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
